Kelly Hickler
Kelly Hickler works as a park planner for the City of Anaheim and is also studying towards her Master's degree in Urban & Regional Planning at Cal Poly Pomona. Certified through the International Association for Public Participation, her specialty and passion is public outreach, and she believes strongly in the value added by the public when involved in planning decisions. In addition to her involvement with ART VULUPS, she also serves as the Education Liaison for APA Orange Section. Kelly admits to being a "closet" artist and is excited to indulge in her creative side by being a part of this project.
