COLLABORATIVE 1.0

Picture
This  group of participants, composed of 30 urban planners and artists from different backgrounds, is the cornerstone of  the collaborative characteristic of Art VULUPS.  This assemblage of creative and knowledgeable minds have come together to explore basic land use planning and sustainability concepts.  Their dialogue will be codified in a collection of art pieces produced in favor of promoting sustainable land use practices.  Their effort will accomplish two major Art VULUPS milestones:

1.   Initiate the Art VULUPS creative collection.

2.   Form the in-kind gift for the California Planning Foundation (CPF).  All the works will be sold at the annual silent auction that benefits programs and scholarships sponsored by the CPF.  The auction will be part of the 2011 California Chapter of the American Planning Association in the City of Santa Barbara, CA.
