Civic Dialogue Engagement Session
August 5, 2010

Picture
On August 5, 2010, the Collaborative 1.0 participants gathered to discuss the preliminary results of their collaboration in the art making process of pieces that convey basic land use planning and sustainability concepts.  The discussions took place during a Riverside Art Walk night, at four strategic locations listed below.

One of the highlights of the evening resulted from the dialogue that took place at the University of California Riverside California Museum of Photography (UCR CMP).  Mr. Colin Westerbeck, Director of UCR CMP, extended an invitation to the group to return to the Museum to discuss the final results of the group's exploration, and to present the outcome of the art making effort.  This discussion would be done as part of  Pacific Standard Time: Art in L.A. 1945–1980, a major exhibit supported by the Getty Foundation and being planned to take place throughout Southern California, including UCR CMP.
